Exam Schedule

The commission has clarified that the entry gates will be closed one hour before the commencement of the exam, i.e., at 11:00 AM. Therefore, candidates must keep track of time in advance.
Reach the Examination Center on Time
It is often observed that candidates arrive at the examination center at the last moment and are then unable to enter because the gates are closed. Therefore, candidates are advised to try and reach the examination center at least two and a half hours prior. Doing so will not only help you avoid stress but also ensure that the checking process is completed smoothly.
Admit Card and Necessary Documents
The admit card is the most important document for appearing in the examination. No candidate will be allowed to enter the examination hall without an admit card. Along with this, candidates must carry a valid photo ID proof (such as Aadhaar card, PAN card, Voter ID, or Passport) and passport-sized photographs.
The admit card has already been released on the official website of the commission, bpsc.bih.nic.in. Candidates are advised to take a printout of their admit card in advance and keep it safe.
Complete Ban on These Items
BPSC has completely banned the entry of several items into the examination hall. These include:
- Mobile phones
- Smartwatches
- Earphones
- Calculators
- Bluetooth devices
- Pen drives
- White fluid and markers
- Blades or any sharp objects
If any candidate is caught with any of these prohibited items during the examination, strict action will be taken against them.
Preparation the Day Before the Exam
Before the exam, candidates should get adequate sleep so that their mind is fresh during the examination. Today, revise only those topics that you have studied well during your preparation. Do not try to read any new topics, as this can increase stress.
Points to Remember During the Exam
- Read each question carefully before answering.
- Utilize time effectively to ensure you have the opportunity to attempt all questions.
- Be mindful of negative marking. Incorrect answers may lead to deduction of marks.
- Take the exam with a calm mind and avoid haste.
