The District Magistrate stated that Uttar Pradesh Day is an opportunity to present the state’s identity and achievements.

Instructions were issued to decorate the venue appropriately and maintain the quality of the programmes. Cultural performances, including folk dances and folk songs, along with exhibitions and departmental stalls, will be organised during the three-day event. These platforms will be used to disseminate information on government schemes, development works, and public welfare programmes, with emphasis on providing opportunities to local artists and cultural groups.

Departments have been instructed to complete all preparations in advance to avoid any disruptions and to prioritise the convenience of attendees.

Participation of students from schools and colleges has also been directed. Activities such as speech competitions, essay writing, painting, and cultural performances will be organised to engage students with the state’s history and development.
