Eternal, the parent company of food delivery firm Zomato, reported its consolidated financial results for the third quarter of financial year 2025-26 (Q3FY26).
For the December quarter, the company’s consolidated net profit rose 73 percent year-on-year to ₹102 crore, compared with ₹59 crore in the corresponding quarter of the previous year.
The increase in net profit was driven by contributions from the quick commerce business and the B2B sourcing platform.
Revenue from operations increased 202 percent year-on-year to ₹16,315 crore in Q3FY26, compared with ₹5,405 crore in the same quarter last year. The rise in revenue was attributed to the quick commerce business and higher order values.
According to the company’s disclosure, Blinkit and Hyperpure contributed to the increase in revenue during the quarter. Blinkit’s net order value rose 121 percent year-on-year to ₹13,300 crore.
In the food delivery segment, net order value increased 16.6 percent year-on-year to ₹9,846 crore. The going-out segment recorded a 19.9 percent year-on-year increase in net order value to ₹2,587 crore.
Eternal informed the exchange that Deepinder Goyal has resigned from his positions as Director, Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer. The resignation will be effective from February 1, 2026.
The board has appointed Albinder Singh Dhindsa as the new Chief Executive Officer and as a Key Managerial Personnel.
