Salary Details
The salary scale for the Specialist Officer posts is quite attractive.
- Under MMGS-II (Middle Management Grade Scale II), the starting salary will be ₹64,820, with a maximum of ₹93,960.
- For the MMGS-III (Middle Management Grade Scale III) grade, the initial salary will be ₹85,920, potentially reaching up to ₹1,05,280.
In addition to the basic pay, employees will receive allowances, perquisites, and other benefits as per the bank's policies. Consequently, the overall compensation package can reach up to ₹1 Lakh.
Selection Process
The selection of candidates will be conducted in two phases. Firstly, there will be an online written examination. Only candidates who successfully clear the examination will be shortlisted for the interview. However, fulfilling the eligibility criteria does not guarantee an invitation to the examination or interview. Candidates will be shortlisted for subsequent stages based on the standards set by the bank and the availability of vacancies.
