The seat allotment result for the third round of counseling under JEECUP 2025 has been released. Students who have been allotted seats must complete the admission process from July 22nd to 24th.
JEECUP 2025: The Uttar Pradesh Board of Technical Education (JEECUP) has released the seat allotment result for the third round of the counseling process conducted for admission to Polytechnic courses. Students who had filled choices for the 3rd round of counseling can now check their seat allotment status on the official website jeecup.admissions.nic.in.
Choice Filling was held from July 18th to 20th
Students had the opportunity to fill in their choices for the third round of counseling from July 18th to July 20th, 2025. Following this, the seat allotment result was published on July 21st. Now, candidates who have been allotted seats must complete the admission process within the stipulated dates.
Can choose Freeze or Float options from July 22nd to 24th
Candidates have to choose the Freeze or Float option online between July 22nd and July 24th, 2025. Along with this, the counseling fee and security fee have to be deposited. If a student is satisfied with the allotted seat, they can choose the Freezing Option. Otherwise, they can choose the Float Option and wait for a better option in the next round.
Last date for document verification is July 25th
Students who choose the Freeze option must get their documents verified (Document Verification) at the help center in their respective districts from July 22nd to July 25th, 2025. The admission process will not be considered complete without verification.
Students dissatisfied with the seat can withdraw by July 26th
Students who are not satisfied with the allotted seat and do not want to participate in further counseling can withdraw their seat by July 26th, 2025. After the withdrawal process, the student may be eligible for a refund of the seat acceptance and security fees.
Students from other states will also get a chance in the 4th and 5th rounds
After the completion of the third round, the fourth and fifth rounds of counseling will now be organized. A special feature is that students from states other than Uttar Pradesh will also be able to participate in these rounds.
4th Round of Counseling starts from July 28th
The fourth phase of counseling will run from July 28th to August 5th, 2025. After this, the fifth round process will be conducted from August 6th to August 14th, 2025. This phase will be especially important for those students who have not yet been able to get a seat or who are not satisfied with their seat.
How much counseling fee has to be paid
Students participating in the above phases will have to deposit a total of ₹3250 as counseling fee. This includes ₹3000 as security fee and ₹250 as seat acceptance fee. If a student withdraws their seat later, their amount may be refunded.
How to check JEECUP 3rd Round Seat Allotment Result 2025
– First go to the official website of JEECUP jeecup.admissions.nic.in.
– On the homepage, click on the link "Round 3 Seat Allotment Result for JEECUP Counseling 2025" given in the Candidate Activity Board.
– Now login by entering the application number, password and captcha.
– After logging in, your seat allotment result will appear on the screen.
