According to Shweta Shah, Katrina Kaif has only two main meals a day. Apart from this, she follows a rule of eating something light every two hours. This method helps maintain her metabolism and keep her body energetic.

Despite preferring Indian and Asian cuisine, Katrina mostly eats home-cooked food. She carries her food with her and often repeats the same meals. She believes that simplicity and regularity are most beneficial for the body.
