Ladakh Army Accident: A serious accident occurred in the Durubuk region of Ladakh when a rock suddenly fell on an Indian Army vehicle. In this tragic accident, three soldiers, including an army officer, have died, while three others are seriously injured. The accident occurred at approximately 11:30 am when the army team was on patrol.
Condition of the Injured is Critical
Immediately after the accident, local military units initiated relief and rescue operations. The injured soldiers and officer have been admitted to a nearby military hospital, where their condition is reported to be critical. The army has confirmed the accident, stating that such incidents are increasing due to bad weather and difficult terrain.
Bad Weather as the Cause
Heavy rain and snowfall have been occurring in the Ladakh region for the past few days, leading to frequent incidents of landslides and rockfalls. Due to the bad weather and geographical difficulties in this region, the army often faces such risks. This accident was also caused by natural factors.
Similar Accidents Have Occurred Before
This is not the first time the army has faced such accidents in Ladakh. A few days ago, two people were injured in an accident and were rescued by the Indian Army's Fire and Fury Corps and safely transported to a hospital for treatment. Such accidents demonstrate the kind of challenges faced by soldiers deployed in difficult terrain like Ladakh.
Agniveer Hariom Nagar Also Made a Sacrifice in Ladakh

In a statement issued by the army, it was said that the Indian Armed Forces salute his sacrifice and stand firmly with the bereaved family during this difficult time. Army Chief General Upendra Dwivedi also expressed grief over the demise of Agniveer Nagar.
