Oil marketing companies have released the latest prices for domestic and commercial LPG cylinders effective June 18. No changes have been made to the prices of domestic LPG cylinders this time, although rates may vary slightly across cities due to local taxes, transportation costs and other regional charges.
The latest LPG price update for June 18, 2026, has been issued for consumers across India. Government-owned oil marketing companies have revised the rates for domestic and commercial LPG cylinders. There has been no fresh revision in the prices of 14.2 kg domestic LPG cylinders and 19 kg commercial LPG cylinders.
However, LPG prices continue to vary across cities because of differences in taxes, transportation costs and local levies. Consumers planning to book LPG cylinders may benefit from checking the prevailing rates in their respective cities.
Under the latest rates announced by oil companies, domestic and commercial LPG cylinder prices are as follows:
In Delhi, the domestic LPG cylinder is priced at Rs 942.0, while the commercial LPG cylinder costs Rs 3113.5.
In Mumbai, the domestic LPG cylinder is priced at Rs 941.5 and the commercial LPG cylinder at Rs 3067.5.
In Kolkata, the domestic LPG cylinder is priced at Rs 968.0 and the commercial LPG cylinder at Rs 3256.0.
In Chennai, the domestic LPG cylinder is priced at Rs 957.5 and the commercial LPG cylinder at Rs 3283.0.
In Jaipur, the domestic LPG cylinder is priced at Rs 945.5 and the commercial LPG cylinder at Rs 3141.0.
In Noida and Ghaziabad, the domestic LPG cylinder is priced at Rs 939.50 and the commercial LPG cylinder at Rs 3113.50.
In Patna, the domestic LPG cylinder is priced at Rs 1031.5 and the commercial LPG cylinder at Rs 3400.5.
In Bhubaneswar, the domestic LPG cylinder is priced at Rs 968.0 and the commercial LPG cylinder at Rs 3290.5.
In Chandigarh, the domestic LPG cylinder is priced at Rs 951.5 and the commercial LPG cylinder at Rs 3136.0.
The latest rates show that both domestic and commercial LPG cylinders are priced higher in Patna than in several other major cities, while domestic LPG prices are relatively lower in Noida and Ghaziabad.
Although no changes were announced on June 18, domestic LPG cylinder prices were increased by around Rs 29 at the beginning of the month. The increase affected the monthly household budgets of millions of families. According to experts, changes in cooking gas prices are among the key factors influencing household expenditure, particularly for families that regularly use LPG cylinders.
Prices of 19 kg commercial LPG cylinders were also increased at the beginning of June. The revision affected hotels, restaurants, catering services and small business establishments where LPG is used extensively. No fresh revision has been made to commercial LPG cylinder prices on June 18.
