Eligibility, Age Limit, and Application Fee

Candidates must hold a graduation degree with at least 60% marks from a recognized university. Postgraduates, MBA, CA, CS, LLB, or engineering degree holders are also eligible to apply. An LLB degree is mandatory for Legal Service posts, while a minimum of 5 years of experience in the Army, Navy, or Air Force is required for Security Service posts.

Candidates' age should be between 21 and 30 years as of September 1, 2025. Age relaxation will be provided to reserved categories as per rules — 5 years for SC/ST candidates and 3 years for OBC candidates. The application fee is ₹850 for General, OBC, and EWS categories, while SC, ST, and PwBD (Persons with Benchmark Disabilities) candidates need to pay only ₹150. A notable point is that the fee will be partially or fully refunded after the examination.

Salary Structure and Selection Process

Selected candidates for the Assistant Manager post in NABARD will receive an initial basic pay of ₹44,500. With the addition of allowances, the total monthly salary will reach approximately ₹1 lakh, which can further increase to ₹1.8 lakh with experience.

The selection process will be completed in three stages: Prelims, Mains, and Interview. The Prelims examination will consist of 200 questions, carrying a total of 200 marks. The paper will be two hours long and will include sections such as Reasoning, English, Quantitative Aptitude, Computer Knowledge, General Awareness, and Agriculture & Rural Development. A negative marking of 0.25 marks will be applied for each incorrect answer.
