Candidates' age should be between 21 and 30 years as of September 1, 2025. Age relaxation will be provided to reserved categories as per rules — 5 years for SC/ST candidates and 3 years for OBC candidates. The application fee is ₹850 for General, OBC, and EWS categories, while SC, ST, and PwBD (Persons with Benchmark Disabilities) candidates need to pay only ₹150. Salary Structure and Selection Process
Selected candidates for the Assistant Manager post in NABARD will receive an initial basic pay of ₹44,500. With the addition of allowances, the total monthly salary will reach approximately ₹1 lakh, which can further increase to ₹1.8 lakh with experience.
The selection process will be completed in three stages: Prelims, Mains, and Interview. The Prelims examination will consist of 200 questions, carrying a total of 200 marks. The paper will be two hours long and will include sections such as Reasoning, English, Quantitative Aptitude, Computer Knowledge, General Awareness, and Agriculture & Rural Development. A negative marking of 0.25 marks will be applied for each incorrect answer.
