Patna Police Nab Shooters in Chandan Mishra Murder Case, Sheru Singh Gang Implicated

Patna Police and the STF (Special Task Force) have achieved a major breakthrough in the sensational Chandan Mishra murder case that occurred in the capital of Bihar. A joint team of police has arrested shooters from the Sheru Singh gang involved in this sensational murder case from West Bengal. Although official confirmation is yet to come from Patna Police, sources suggest that the arrests were made based on confidential information.

Murder at Paras Hospital

Chandan Mishra, a notorious criminal from Buxar, was murdered in broad daylight on June 5 at Paras Hospital, located in a posh area of Patna. According to the police, five armed shooters entered the hospital and shot Chandan dead in a hail of bullets. This incident caused a stir throughout Patna, and questions were raised about the security arrangements.

Following the murder, the police conducted continuous raids, and considering the seriousness of the matter, the STF was also included in the investigation. During the investigation, the police found clues pointing to the involvement of the Sheru Singh gang. Subsequently, the police traced Sheru Singh's network, who is lodged in Purulia Jail in West Bengal, and arrested the accused after raiding the location.

Murder Was the Result of Old Enmity

ADG (Headquarters) Kundan Krishnan recently stated that Chandan Mishra's murder was carried out by Sheru Singh's henchmen. According to reports, Chandan and Sheru were previously criminal associates and committed crimes together for a long time. However, years ago, a dispute over a murder case led to animosity between them, after which Sheru harbored a grudge against Chandan.

The ADG also mentioned that both gangs were quite active in Buxar in 2011. In 2017, both were convicted by the court in the Rajendra Keshari murder case. Sheru Singh had also escaped from jail once, and his name had also surfaced in the Tanishq jewelry loot in Ara.

Official Confirmation Soon

It is currently unclear how many total suspects have been apprehended from West Bengal. Police sources say that the arrested suspects are being interrogated, and official information regarding this operation will be shared soon. Individuals who provided the shooters with weapons, vehicles, and shelter are also being identified, and preparations are underway to seize their assets.
