The airport spans a total area of 1160 hectares and will manage 90 million passengers and 3.25 million metric tons of cargo annually.

The airport terminals will be connected by an Automated People Mover (APM). Direct connectivity via water taxi will also be available, making it the country's first airport to offer this. Additionally, it will feature a 47 MW solar power plant and Sustainable Aviation Fuel (SAF) storage facility.
