Prashant Kishor Rejects Allegations, Demands Investigation into Seemanchal Medical College Seizure
Bihar Politics: Prashant Kishor, leader of the Jan Suraj Party and election strategist, has vehemently refuted allegations leveled against him by Dilip Jaiswal, BJP Bihar state president. Kishor not only dismissed the accusations as baseless but also challenged Jaiswal, stating he would quit politics if the allegations are proven true. He further challenged Jaiswal to apologize.
Allegations of False Social Media Propaganda
Dilip Jaiswal recently accused Prashant Kishor of using fake social media accounts for propaganda. He claimed several social media groups and pages supporting Kishor are being secretly operated. The BJP has filed a complaint with the cybercrime cell regarding this matter.
Prashant Kishor's Response: We Taught Them Social Media
Responding to these allegations, Prashant Kishor stated that leaders like Dilip Jaiswal lack even a basic understanding of social media. He remarked, "We taught their grandfathers about social media. The account in question has been run by two BJP workers since 2016. That group features posts from BJP, RJD, and Jan Suraj."
Will Retire from Politics if Accusations are Proven True
Prashant Kishor challenged Dilip Jaiswal, stating he would retire from politics if the allegations are proven true. He added, "If even a single allegation is found to be correct, I will quit politics. However, if the allegations are proven false, Dilip Jaiswal must apologize to the youth of Bihar."
Allegations of Seizure of Seemanchal Medical College
In a counter-attack, Prashant Kishor leveled serious allegations against Dilip Jaiswal, accusing him of seizing a minority medical college in Seemanchal. He claimed that after the murder of the Sikh businessman who founded the college, Jaiswal gained control over it.
Demand for Government Investigation
Kishor urged both the state and central governments to conduct an impartial investigation into the matter. He stated that since the BJP is in power in both Delhi and Patna, they should shut down any fraudulently operated social media pages and punish the culprits.
Jaiswal Described as Inexperienced
Prashant Kishor described Dilip Jaiswal as an inexperienced leader, stating he lacks even a basic understanding of social media. He said, "He doesn't understand how Facebook groups work. He only understands the politics of seizing colleges."
