A case of rape, molestation, and an attempt at forced religious conversion of a young woman has come to light in Sirohi, Rajasthan. Police have arrested the accused Mobin Khan and Mohin Khan and have launched an intensive investigation.

Accused Took the Young Woman to a Guest House After Drugging Her at a Cafe
The victim told the police that the accused, Mobin Khan alias Monu, called her to a cafe in Shivganj and drugged her by mixing a narcotic substance in her cold drink, causing her to lose consciousness. In her unconscious state, the accused took the young woman to a guest house and raped her.
During this time, the accused also took several obscene photos and videos of the young woman, which he used to blackmail the victim. The actions of the accused posed a significant threat to the mental and physical safety of the young woman. The victim informed her family about the entire incident and brought them to the Sirohi Mahila Police Station.
Conspiracy to Force Religious Conversion at Ajmer Dargah
The young woman alleged to the police that the accused were trying to take her to the Ajmer Dargah to force her religious conversion. This incident has also caused concern and anger in the local community.
Upon receiving the complaint from the family, the police took immediate action. Officials stated that this case is related to serious sections concerning women's safety, rape, and religious conversion. Through this action, the police have sent a message that women's safety is being taken seriously.
Swift Police Action and Arrest of the Accused
Sirohi police took swift action, arresting the main accused, Mobin Khan alias Monu, and his associate Mohin Khan alias Laden. Both accused were presented in the Pindwara court.
The court sent Mobin Khan on police remand so that the investigation into the matter could be conducted more thoroughly. Meanwhile, Mohin Khan was sent to jail under judicial custody. The police stated that the arrest of the accused has provided a sense of security to the victim and her family.
Investigation into the Case is Ongoing
Sirohi police have stated that an in-depth investigation into the case is underway. The obscene photos and videos taken by the accused are being examined by the forensic team. Additionally, efforts are being made to ascertain if the accused have harassed any other women in similar criminal acts.
