Prince Al Waleed was involved in a horrific car accident in 2005 while he was studying at a military college in London. At that time, he was only 15 years old. The accident caused severe head injuries and heavy bleeding, leading to a brain hemorrhage, and he fell into a coma. For the next two decades, he spent his life in bed, supported by a ventilator.
