Prime Minister Narendra Modi, Russian President Vladimir Putin, and Chinese President Xi Jinping participated on this stage. The entire world's eyes were fixed on the conference as major decisions were expected on regional and global issues. Meanwhile, Chinese President Xi Jinping, indirectly targeting US President Donald Trump from the stage, stated that the Cold War mentality or any kind of threat will not be tolerated anymore.
Xi Jinping's Stern Message
According to a Global Times report, the Chinese President clarified in his speech that SCO member states should focus on mutual interests and cooperation.
