A ten-year-old boy named Ajit lost his life in firing that occurred during a dispute between two groups in the Gangaghat area of Unnao district. The child had only gone to watch the altercation. The police have initiated an investigation into the matter.

Unnao: A tragic incident occurred in the Gangaghat police station area of Unnao district in UP. During an ongoing dispute between two parties in Gagani Kheda village, firing took place, resulting in a bullet hitting a ten-year-old child identified as Ajit. The family rushed him to the hospital, but doctors declared him dead. The incident has cast a pall of grief and shock over the entire village.

It is being reported that the deceased child was not affiliated with either party and had merely stepped out to witness the dispute. He became a victim of the firing during this time. Following the incident, the child's family is devastated and inconsolable.

Village Dispute and Firing Incident

There had been pre-existing tension between two groups in Gagani Kheda village, with the dispute ongoing for the past week. On Sunday night, one group went to the house of the other and started firing.

Sona, the father of the deceased Ajit, stated that his child was not involved in the dispute with either side. Ajit had gone out of the house simply to observe the firing when a bullet struck him. Sona added that his family was not part of this conflict, but unfortunately, his son became its victim.

Police Investigation and Action Underway

Upon receiving information about the incident, SP Deepak Bhukar arrived at the scene to assess the situation. The SP stated that this tragic event occurred due to an ongoing dispute between two groups.

The police have commenced an investigation into the case and are undertaking special measures to apprehend the accused. The FSL team and other departments are also involved in the investigation. The SP further mentioned that all aspects of the incident will be thoroughly investigated, and legal action will be taken against those found guilty.

According to initial police information, Ajit was an innocent bystander at the time of the firing and had no connection to either party. All local witnesses are being interviewed as part of the investigation to uncover the truth and ensure proper justice for the perpetrators.

Family and Villagers Demand Justice

A mood of grief and anger prevails in the village and surrounding areas following the incident. The family of the deceased Ajit is completely shattered. Villagers express that such disputes and the use of firearms constantly endanger innocent lives.

Ajit's father, Sona, told the media that while his family was not involved in this dispute, his innocent child fell victim to this violence. Both the family and the villagers are seeking justice and hope that the culprits will be punished as soon as possible.
