Tech News: The Vivo X300 series is set to launch in the global market today, October 30th. This new series comprises two flagship models — the Vivo X300 and Vivo X300 Pro. Having already made a splash in China, this series is now ready to establish its presence on the global stage. This time, the company has played a major hand in the flagship race by equipping its phones with the powerful MediaTek Dimensity 9500 chipset, a stunning display, and an ultra-premium camera setup.
Dimensity 9500 Chipset for Stellar Performance
Both the Vivo X300 and X300 Pro are powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 9500 processor, which is the company's most powerful flagship chipset. Built on a 4nm architecture, it features an AI-based processing engine that makes multitasking, gaming, and camera performance even smoother.
The phones offer up to 16GB of LPDDR5x RAM and up to 1TB of UFS 4.1 storage. They run on OriginOS 6, based on Android 16, providing an enhanced UI and optimization experience.
Design and Display
The Vivo X300 Pro features a 6.78-inch 1.5K AMOLED LTPO display, which comes with a 120Hz refresh rate and HDR support. Its thin bezels and curved edge screen give it a truly premium look.
On the other hand, the Vivo X300 has a slightly smaller but splendid 6.31-inch BOE Q10+ OLED flat display, also featuring 1.5K resolution and a 120Hz refresh rate. The displays on both phones will offer users a top-class visual experience with high brightness, deep colors, and smooth scrolling.

The starting price of the Vivo X300 in China is CNY 4,399 (approximately ₹54,700), and it will be available in Halo Pink, Mist Blue, Iris Purple, and Phantom Black colors.
The starting price of the Vivo X300 Pro begins at CNY 5,299 (approximately ₹65,900), while its Satellite Edition variant costs approximately ₹1,03,000. It has launched in Cloud White, Dune Brown, Mist Blue, and Phantom Black colors.
The Vivo X300 Series is one of the company's most premium and powerful series to date.
