Vrindavan's storyteller Aniruddhacharya is in controversy. Recently, two Muslim sisters who came to his court stated that they were beaten and converted to Islam, even though they are descendants of Krishna. A video of this went viral on social media.

Mathura: Storyteller Aniruddhacharya Maharaj, who regularly holds assemblies at the Gauri Gopal Ashram in Vrindavan, promotes Sanatan Dharma and Hindu traditions in his discourses. Devotees from far and wide listen to his dialogues and sermons. Many videos of him go viral on social media, where he is seen interacting directly with devotees.

Recently, a video has gone viral on the internet in which two Muslim sisters had come to listen to the discourse. The sisters stated that they were born into a Hindu family and were later forced to adopt Islam. They said their surname is 'Ghoshi' and their ancestors used to milk cows and goats.

Debate on Forced Religious Conversion

In the video, Aniruddhacharya asks why they still marry into Hindu families after converting to Islam. The elder sister replied that all her sisters were married into Hindu families. She also mentioned that her parents had told them they were descendants of Krishna, yet they were forcibly converted to Islam.

On this, Aniruddhacharya said that this is true and Muslim brothers should accept it. He emphasized that everyone was Hindu earlier and there have been incidents of forced religious conversion. His supporters viewed this as a discussion on Sanatan Dharma and cultural identity.

Aniruddhacharya's Controversial Statement on Live-in Relationships

Aniruddhacharya has previously been in controversy due to his statements on live-in relationships and the age of marriage for girls. Women lawyers in Mathura protested against him, and debates took place in the media. Despite this, his supporters believe that the Baba teaches discipline and modesty in society.

Recently, former MP Sadhvi Pragya Thakur visited the ashram in Vrindavan from Bhopal and met Aniruddhacharya. She said that Aniruddhacharya's statements reflect the real situation in society. She emphasized that parents should teach daughters modesty and sons discipline.

Sadhvi Pragya stated that if rules are not applied equally in society, Western thought and perversion will increase. She also said that it is necessary to pay attention to indiscipline among girls in schools and colleges. According to her, it is important for societal reform that a balance is maintained between tradition and modernity.
