Financial Performance of Wakefit Innovations

According to SBI Securities, Wakefit Innovations has recorded a revenue CAGR of approximately 25 percent over the last three years. The company reported positive EBITDA in FY24 and positive PAT in H1FY26. However, according to the brokerage house, the IPO's EV/Sales at the upper price band of ₹195 is 4.7x, which appears expensive compared to listed peer companies. Due to this, SBI Securities has advised investors to refrain from investing in the IPO for now and track the company's performance after listing.

Grey Market Premium (GMP) and Market Conditions

According to unofficial market sources, Wakefit Innovations' unlisted shares were trading at ₹231, which is ₹36 or 18.5 percent higher than the upper price band of ₹195. This Grey Market Premium indicates early enthusiasm among investors and potential listing gains. However, GMP is always an unofficial indicator, so the final investment decision should be made after considering the company's performance and market conditions.
