He said that the Amarnath Yatra is an emblem of mutual brotherhood and unity between Jammu and Kashmir. The base camp of the Yatra is in Jammu, while the cave of Baba Barfani is located in Kashmir. Appreciation for BRO's promptness
Surinder Chaudhary specifically praised the Border Roads Organisation (BRO), who had readied the tracks in time. He said that the working days in Kashmir are limited, and therefore, completing the BRO's work before the Yatra begins is commendable.

The Deputy CM also stated that this time, the Jammu and Kashmir government and the Shri Amarnath Shrine Board are working together to make the Amarnath Yatra organized and safe.
