NCC PM Rally: Prime Minister Narendra Modi will address the annual NCC PM Rally today at the Cariappa Parade Ground in New Delhi. This year's NCC Republic Day Camp saw the highest ever participation of cadets, with a total of 2,361 cadets participating, including 917 girl cadets – the largest number of girl cadets ever. The rally, culminating in Prime Minister Modi's address, marks the successful conclusion of the NCC's Republic Day Camp.

'Youth Power, Developed India' Theme for NCC PM Rally

This year's NCC PM Rally is themed 'Youth Power, Developed India,' highlighting Indian youth and their strength. Following Prime Minister Modi's address, over 800 NCC cadets will present a cultural program showcasing their commitment to nation-building. This program will underscore the importance of the NCC and the role of youth power in the nation's development. Notably, 144 young cadets from 18 friendly nations will also participate, adding to the grandeur of the event.

Participation of Volunteers and Special Guests

Over 650 volunteers from 'Mera Yuva' Bharat, the Ministry of Education, and the Ministry of Tribal Affairs will also participate in the rally. These volunteers aim to inspire the younger generation and instill a sense of responsibility towards the nation. Representatives from the Ministry of Tribal Affairs will also be present as special guests, further enhancing the significance of the event.

Republic Day Greetings Exchanged with Neighboring Country Leaders

On the occasion of Republic Day, Prime Minister Modi received congratulatory messages from various neighboring country leaders and reciprocated with commitments to further strengthen relations. Prime Minister K.P. Sharma Oli of Nepal extended Republic Day greetings to India, to which Modi responded by emphasizing strengthening the historical bonds of friendship between the two nations.

Modi also reiterated his commitment to strengthening India-Maldives relations with President Mohamed Muizzu of the Maldives. Muizzu expressed his desire to enhance cooperation with India based on mutual trust and respect. Similarly, Modi expressed his resolve to further strengthen Indo-Bhutanese relations with Prime Minister Lotay Tshering of Bhutan.

Exchange of Republic Day Greetings

Former Nepali Prime Minister Sher Bahadur Deuba and former Maldivian President Ibrahim Mohamed Solih also extended Republic Day greetings to Prime Minister Modi. Modi expressed gratitude for the support and cooperation received from all these leaders and reiterated his desire to further strengthen relations with their respective countries.
