South Korea Fire: A major incident occurred today, Friday, February 14th, in Busan, South Korea. At approximately 10:50 AM local time, a fire broke out at the construction site of the Banyan Tree Hotel. The fire originated near insulation materials located near the swimming pool on the first floor and spread rapidly.

Six Die of Heart Attacks at the Scene

The fire caused panic at the scene. Six people at the construction site suffered fatal heart attacks. Several others were also affected by the incident.

Seven Injured, Hospitalized

Approximately 100 people were present at the construction site during the incident. Rescue operations commenced immediately, with individuals evacuated using helicopters. However, seven people sustained serious injuries and have been hospitalized for treatment.

Fire Brigade Battling the Blaze

Busan's fire department has been working to extinguish the fire for the past two hours. A total of 352 firefighters and 127 fire engines have been deployed. Large-scale operations are underway to bring the fire under control, but officials state that it may take some more time to completely extinguish the blaze.
