Paneer Kheer Recipe

To make paneer kheer, first, bring the milk to a boil in a heavy-bottomed pan. While the milk is heating, mix the custard powder with half a cup of cold water. Once the milk begins to boil, add the custard powder mixture. Add the paneer and stir continuously until it boils again. Then, simmer the kheer over low heat until it thickens. Stir the kheer with a spoon for 5 to 10 minutes while it's cooking.

In the meantime, chop the cashews and pistachios. When the kheer thickens, add the sugar. Also, add the cashew and cardamom powder. Mix all the ingredients well into the kheer and cook for 5 minutes until the sugar dissolves. Now your paneer kheer is ready. Serve it.
