Hindu Yuva Sangathan Protests at Dhar's Trimurti Chauraha

MP News: A video has gone viral on social media showing members of the Hindu Yuva Sangathan (Hindu Youth Organization) protesting at a public restroom in Dhar's Trimurti Chauraha. They affixed posters labeling the restroom the "Aurangzeb Toilet" and displayed images of Aurangzeb on the urinals. This action was reportedly inspired by the movie "Chhapaak," which depicts Aurangzeb's alleged atrocities against Hindus and destruction of religious sites.

Administration's Response to the Viral Video

After the video of the protest went viral online, the administration and police took notice. Posters and images of Aurangzeb were removed from the restroom on Sunday evening. However, the incident sparked considerable discussion and varied reactions within the local community.

Pankaj Jadhav's Statement

Pankaj Jadhav, founder of the Hindu Yuva Sangathan, clarified the purpose of the protest, stating, “We did nothing wrong. We learned from the movie 'Chhapaak' about Aurangzeb's alleged persecution of Hindus and destruction of religious places. We wanted to raise public awareness about Aurangzeb's actions.”

Police Remove Posters

Jadhav further explained that their intention was solely to raise awareness and not to offend any community. He stated, “We intended to depict it as a symbol of an impure person in an impure place.” The police took the matter seriously and removed the posters and images.
