The Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) has fully prepared for the upcoming local body and Panchayat elections in Gujarat. The party announced on Monday that it will field its candidates in all Panchayats and local bodies of the state. This has intensified the political activity in Gujarat.

Gandhinagar: Political activity has intensified in Gujarat regarding the upcoming local body and Panchayat elections. Meanwhile, the Aam Aadmi Party has announced its full participation in all Panchayat and local body elections in the state and is preparing to field its candidates on all seats. State President Ishudan Gadhvi called upon the youth to join the party and become candidates, saying that the party's caravan is constantly growing and thousands of people are joining it.

Ishudan Gadhvi's Announcement

AAP Gujarat State President Ishudan Gadhvi has invited the youth of the state to contest elections and serve the public. He said, "The caravan of the Aam Aadmi Party is increasing and thousands of people are joining this party. Arvind Kejriwal has started the politics of work by rising above nepotism, casteism and money-ism."

That is why thousands of youth want to join this party and contest elections. Gadhvi said that the party's goal is to maintain transparency and the process of giving tickets to all eligible candidates will be open to all.

Preparation to contest elections on more than 10 thousand seats

AAP Gujarat State President clearly said that the party will contest elections on more than 10 thousand seats. These seats will cover all Tehsil Panchayats, Zilla Panchayats, Municipalities and Municipal Corporations. He said, "We want the youth who want to contest elections and want to work for the public to be able to easily join our process. That is why we have provided the facility of online and offline forms for the candidates."

Candidates can also fill the nomination form online, via WhatsApp and e-mail. Apart from this, the form can also be submitted in the offices of the in-charge at the district, Lok Sabha and Vidhan Sabha levels.

How will the candidate be selected?

Ishudan Gadhvi clarified that the candidates will be selected after a two-tier scrutiny process. He said, "As soon as the candidates submit the form, the committee formed at the district level will review it. The committee will include the Lok Sabha head, Vidhan Sabha in-charge and the District President. After this, the forms will be sent to the state level, where the candidates will be announced after the final scrutiny."

Gadhvi also said that this process will be completely transparent and fair so that only eligible candidates can participate in the elections. AAP has always promoted young leaders and emerging workers. This strategy of the party in Gujarat has also been prepared with the aim of empowering the youth and giving them an opportunity to work towards serving the public.

The state president said that the party's objective is not only to win elections but also to ensure public service and development works. For this, the selection process of candidates has been made completely transparent and people-centric.
