Shubhanshu Shukla: Astronaut Group Captain Shubhanshu Shukla shared his experiences in Delhi for the first time after a successful mission from the International Space Station (ISS). At a press conference held with ISRO Chairman Dr. V. Narayanan, Shubhanshu stated that it was not just his personal mission, but a mission for the entire nation. He said that seeing the Earth from space is a unique experience. Seeing the beauty and fragility of the Earth from above, he realized that we need to pay more attention to the environment and the protection of our planet.

Dr. Narayanan said that India has made unprecedented progress in space science and technology and that more challenging missions will be undertaken in the future.
