Bihar Deputy CM Blames Congress for Nepal's Instability, Advocates for Integration

Amidst the ongoing violence and protests in Nepal, Bihar's Deputy Chief Minister Samrat Chaudhary has made a significant statement. He held the Congress party responsible for the situation in Nepal and stated that if Nepal were a part of India today, there would be peace and prosperity there.

Patna: Amidst protests and violence in Nepal, its Prime Minister K.P. Oli has resigned. The protests, which initially began in opposition to corruption and a social media ban, escalated into violence after police firing. Protesters caused extensive damage to Nepal's parliament, leaders' homes, government offices, and private properties. Following this, the Nepali army took command of security.

Reacting to this entire development, Bihar's Deputy Chief Minister Samrat Chaudhary made a major statement. He attributed the violence in Nepal to the Congress party's mistakes. Samrat Chaudhary's argument is that political instability and incorrect interference in the administrative structure in Nepal led to the deteriorating situation, and the Congress's policies or wrong strategies played a role in this.

Situation in Nepal: From Protest to Violence

Nepal has been experiencing an atmosphere of protest and violence for the past few days. The demonstrations, which started against corruption and a social media ban, gradually turned violent. Protesters were injured in police firing, and vandalism occurred in several places. Protesters also damaged Nepal's parliament, leaders' homes, government offices, and private properties. Following this, the Nepali army took charge of security.

This entire sequence of events has severely impacted Nepal's political stability. As a neighboring country, this incident is a cause for concern for India as well, especially for the state of Bihar, which shares a border with Nepal.

Samrat Chaudhary's Statement: Holds Congress Responsible

Regarding the situation in Nepal, Bihar's Deputy Chief Minister Samrat Chaudhary said, "This is all Congress's fault. Anarchy is occurring because Congress has kept these countries isolated. If Nepal were a part of India today, there would be peace and prosperity there." Chaudhary further stated that people are in discontent, but there should be no anarchy. He also said that if Pakistan were a part of India, it too would be prosperous with India today. His clear statement was that this political and administrative mistake is due to Congress's policies.

Samrat Chaudhary emphasized that the Congress's policies have plunged not only Nepal but the entire South Asia into political and economic imbalance. He appealed to the public to understand this historical truth and hold Congress's policies responsible.
