YouTuber Assaulted at BJP Event
It is reported that Minister Jibesh Mishra arrived at a program organized by the BJP at Rampatti Sahni Toll on Sunday evening to meet the villagers. YouTuber Dilip Kumar began asking questions about the village's roads and other development works. Repeated questioning created a chaotic atmosphere during the event.
According to local residents, the commotion escalated to such an extent that the rear windshield of the minister's escort vehicle was damaged. Meanwhile, a scuffle and physical altercation occurred between the minister's supporters and the YouTuber. The YouTuber claimed that his face was bleeding and his clothes were torn.
Singhwara Police Takes Charge of the Matter

Minister Jibesh Mishra Denies Allegations
Minister Jibesh Mishra has completely refuted the allegations against him. He stated that it is entirely false that he beat or insulted anyone. The minister claims he had no information about the incident and will issue a statement only after receiving a report from the SDPO.
Experts suggest that in such cases, it is essential to examine the statements and evidence from both parties. Social and political tensions can escalate amidst mutual accusations, prompting the administration to increase security.
Minister's Statement to Journalists Causes Stir
Earlier in August, Urban Development Minister Jibesh Mishra had made controversial remarks in response to questions from journalists in Arrah and Sasaram. Journalists had inquired about urban problems such as waterlogging, waste management, and traffic jams. During this time, the minister remarked that journalists should now carry pistols.
According to experts, the minister's anger and controversial statements have increased dissatisfaction among the public and journalists. Although large highways and bridges have been constructed, the condition of roads and drains in towns and neighborhoods remains a concern. Given the upcoming elections, the political and social significance of this matter has further increased.
