Patna: In Bihar, the BJP has begun finalizing its strategic preparations for the upcoming assembly elections. The party has devised a comprehensive plan, termed "Chakravyuha," to strengthen its organizational structure and bolster its connection with voters across the state. The formal launch of this campaign will take place during the BJP state executive committee meeting at the Gyan Bhawan auditorium in Patna on July 2nd.
Gyan Bhawan to be the Epicenter of Strategy
This executive committee meeting will outline the BJP's electoral strategy. The meeting will be inaugurated by the Union Defence Minister, Rajnath Singh, with BJP's national organization general secretary, BL Santosh, also in special attendance. The meeting will include state president Dilip Jaiswal, organization general secretary Bhiku Bhai Dalasaniya, party MLAs, MPs, MLCs, and approximately 900 key workers.
The meeting will pass a political resolution highlighting the achievements of Prime Minister Narendra Modi's government over the past 11 years. The party will use this as a cornerstone of its Bihar election campaign, showcasing how central government schemes have impacted the lives of the state's citizens.
Booth Empowerment Campaign to Begin July 15th
The meeting decided to launch a booth-level empowerment campaign across the state from July 15th to September 15th. This campaign aims to strengthen each booth organizationally and actively engage grassroots workers in the election campaign. District-wise workshops and training programs will also be organized for booth empowerment.
The BJP is working on its electoral strategy not in isolation, but in collaboration with its NDA allies. From July 15th to August 14th, constituency-wise NDA conferences will be held, involving BJP, JDU, HAM, and other allied party leaders and workers. These conferences will discuss common issues and a minimum common program.
Special Plan to Engage Women Voters
The BJP has formulated a special plan targeting women voters in 125 assembly constituencies. 250 women expanders will be deployed in these areas to visit homes and disseminate information about BJP policies, women empowerment schemes, and government achievements. These women expanders will be trained to effectively communicate this information.
To streamline organizational work and monitoring, the BJP has divided Bihar into eight regions. An in-charge will be appointed for each region to monitor regional activities and report to the party high command. Senior BJP leaders and workers from other states will also be involved in Bihar's election through a visiting program to further strengthen electoral management.
A crucial meeting was held at the BJP state headquarters to finalize preparations for the July 2nd executive committee meeting. State general secretary Rakesh Kumar, Mahila Morcha in-charge Lajवंती Jha, and headquarters in-charge Arvind Sharma, among other officials, attended.
