K. Kavitha is accused of damaging KCR's image by making statements against party colleagues. She accused senior party leader T. Harish Rao and former MP Megha Krishna Reddy of corruption. Furthermore, Kavitha claimed that some senior leaders were responsible for her marginalization and reduced position within the party.
