BSF Bharti 2025: Border Security Force (BSF) has invited applications for the recruitment of Head Constable posts. This is a golden opportunity for candidates who aspire to build a career in the force. A total of 1121 posts will be filled under this recruitment drive. These include 910 posts for HC (RO) and 211 posts for HC (RM).

Eligibility and Qualification
The minimum educational qualification and age limit for this recruitment will be as per the standards set by BSF. Performance in the Computer Based Test is essential, in addition to the Physical Standard Test (PST) and Physical Efficiency Test (PET). Candidates must meet standards such as physical fitness, height, weight, and race.
Selection Process: PST, PET, and Computer Based Examination
The selection process in the Head Constable recruitment will be conducted in several stages. The first stage is the Physical Standard Test (PST), in which the height, weight, and physical ability of the candidates are checked. This will be followed by the Physical Efficiency Test (PET), in which running, jumping, and other physical activities will be evaluated.
Successful candidates will be included in the Computer Based Test (CBT). This examination will be conducted in both Hindi and English mediums. The exam will consist of MCQs (Multiple Choice Questions), each question carrying 2 marks, and the duration of the examination will be 2 hours. The exam center and date will be determined by BSF Headquarters.
Document Verification is also necessary for the final selection. In this stage, candidates' educational certificates, identity cards, and other documents will be checked.
Application Fee and Exemptions
The application fee for male candidates belonging to Unreserved (General), Other Backward Class (OBC), and Economically Weaker Section (EWS) categories is fixed at ₹100 per post. This fee can be paid through Net Banking, Credit/Debit Card, or Authorized Common Service Centers.
Candidates belonging to Scheduled Caste (SC), Scheduled Tribe (ST), female candidates, BSF departmental candidates, ex-servicemen, and candidates applying on compassionate grounds are exempted from paying the application fee.
