CES 2026 Showcases New Smart Glasses for Gaming Streaming and XR Experiences

Smart glasses emerged as a key product category at CES 2026, with multiple technology companies unveiling new wearable devices focused on gaming, streaming, and extended reality applications.

Brands including Asus, XGIMI, RayNeo, and Rokid showcased smart glasses featuring XR displays, AI-powered cameras, HDR10 support, brighter screens, and batteries designed for all-day use. The devices are positioned to enhance immersive gaming, media consumption, and augmented reality experiences.

Asus introduced the ROG Xreal R1 smart glasses aimed at gamers, featuring a 171-inch virtual display, a 240Hz refresh rate, and an anchor mode designed to keep the screen stable. The company said the product is expected to launch in the coming months.

XGIMI presented the Memomind Glasses, designed to resemble conventional eyewear while incorporating a MicroLED display along with AI-based interaction and mapping capabilities.

RayNeo showcased the Air 4 Pro smart glasses with HDR10 support and a peak brightness of 1200 nits. The device weighs 76 grams and is designed to support immersive audio for streaming and gaming use cases.

Rokid displayed the AI Glasses Style, which include a built-in camera, microphone, and open-ear speakers. The glasses are designed for comfort and lightweight use, feature a battery life of up to 12 hours, and are priced lower than Meta Ray-Ban glasses.
