DSSSB Teacher Vacancy 2025: The Delhi Subordinate Services Selection Board (DSSSB) has released a notification for the recruitment of 1180 vacant posts of Assistant Primary Teacher. The application process for this recruitment will commence on September 17, 2025, and the last date has been set as October 18, 2025. Recruitment Details
A total of 1180 posts will be filled through this recruitment. Out of these, 1055 posts are under the Directorate of Education (DeO) and 125 posts will be under the New Delhi Municipal Council (NDMC). This recruitment provides an opportunity to employ qualified and trained teachers in the primary education sector.
Eligibility and Qualifications
To apply for this recruitment, candidates must have passed Senior Secondary. Additionally, a degree from a recognized course such as D.El.Ed / B.Ed / Two-year Primary Education Diploma / Diploma in Education (Special Education) / Certificate Course in ETE / JBT / DIET is essential. Candidates must have passed the CTE (Central Teacher Eligibility Test). The maximum age limit is set at 30 years, with relaxations applicable to reserved category candidates as per rules.

Application Fee
The application fee for candidates of all other categories is ₹100. Application is free for SC/ST/PwBD/Ex-Serviceman and women candidates. The fee can be paid online. Forms will not be accepted without the fee being submitted.
Selection Process
The selection process will be based on a written examination. Candidates will be evaluated based on their scores in the examination and merit. Successful candidates will be appointed to the post of government teacher.
