CCTV footage shows the bull throwing Motilal 5-7 feet into the air within three seconds, causing him severe injuries on the spot, leading to his death at the hospital. The deceased used to travel the same route daily. Local residents expressed concern over frequent accidents caused by stray animals and urged the municipality to take concrete steps for control.

Motilal Dies in Bull Attack on Road

According to eyewitnesses, Motilal Agarwal was returning home after closing his shop. A bull that appeared from behind suddenly attacked him in the Baldevji ki Pol area. The bull violently tossed Motilal with its sharp horns, causing him to fall on the road and sustain severe injuries to his head and body.

CCTV footage shows that the bull stood still until 4:10:30 PM. As soon as Motilal passed by it, the bull suddenly moved and threw him to the ground from a height of 5-7 feet within three seconds.

Life Lost Even at the Hospital

Immediately after the incident, nearby people and relatives rushed Motilal to Pachpadra Hospital. Doctors declared him dead. This incident has sent a wave of grief through the family and the local community.

The deceased's son, Punit Agarwal, stated that his father used to return home via this route daily, but on Sunday, this path became his path to death. Punit said, "Such incidents are happening continuously in the area, but there is no control over stray animals."

Growing Threat of Stray Animals

Local residents say that stray cattle roam freely in many parts of Balotra city. Bulls and cows injure people almost daily. This incident has once again raised questions about stray animals and the safety arrangements.

People have demanded that the municipality and administration take concrete steps for stray animals. Experts say that road accidents and attacks are increasing due to stray animals. In the absence of safety measures, such incidents could become more severe in the future.

Questions Raised on Administrative Accountability for the Incident

This incident has also raised questions about the accountability of the municipal administration. Reports of accidents due to stray animals have been consistently coming from various parts of the city, but no concrete action has been taken so far. Experts believe that the local administration should conduct regular control campaigns for stray animals and install warning signs in such areas.

The death of Motilal Agarwal is not only an irreparable loss for the family but also highlights the importance of safety and the control of stray animals in the city.
