Haryana Deputy Speaker Criticizes Congress, Hooda During International Yoga Day Event

Haryana Assembly Deputy Speaker Krishan Lal Middha participated in a special yoga program organized in Jhajjar district, Haryana, on the occasion of International Yoga Day 2025. He addressed the event, highlighting the importance of yoga.

Krishan Lal Middha on Congress: The yoga program held in Jhajjar, Haryana, on International Yoga Day, served not only as a platform for physical and mental well-being but also as an arena for political rhetoric. Here, Haryana Assembly Deputy Speaker Krishan Lal Middha bly criticized the opposition. His criticism was particularly directed at senior Congress leader and former Chief Minister Bhupinder Singh Hooda and Indian National Lokdal (INL) leader Abhay Chautala.

"Hooda Sahib should first introspect," - Assembly Deputy Speaker Middha

During his address, Middha sharply stated that the opposition is focused on highlighting the BJP's failures, but they should not forget their own 11-year tenure in power in Haryana. He said, "Before criticizing the BJP, Bhupinder Singh Hooda should examine his own performance during his tenure. He couldn't even establish a b organization and is now misleading the public." Following this statement, supporters of the ruling party present at the event applauded him.

Responding to the INL's allegation that the BJP government in Haryana has succumbed to criminals and goons, Krishan Lal Middha firmly stated, "We are following a zero-tolerance policy against crime and lawlessness. Anyone who violates the law will face action. The government is not afraid of criminals; it has the capacity to eliminate them." He asserted that the Haryana government has consistently taken strict action, proving that public safety is its top priority.

INL's attempt to spread misinformation cannot mislead the public

Middha also reacted sarcastically to Abhay Chautala's recent statement that he could become Chief Minister for even a single day. Middha retorted, "There's a difference between saying and doing. It's easy to make grand pronouncements from a stage, but the ground reality is different. The public is watching, and they will make their judgment in due course."

Along with the political attacks, the Deputy Speaker also highlighted the importance of International Yoga Day. He said, "Yoga is the soul of Indian culture. It not only keeps the body healthy but also provides mental stability and spiritual balance. It is a lifestyle that we should all adopt." He extended his Yoga Day greetings to the people of the district and urged everyone, from children to the elderly, to incorporate yoga into their daily routine.

Concluding the event, Middha praised Prime Minister Narendra Modi's leadership, stating, "The service rendered in the last 11 years is akin to the selfless service of a saint. PM Modi's governance is not merely political; it exemplifies national reconstruction." He lauded Modi government's schemes, policies, and India's enhanced global standing, adding that the opposition should play a constructive role in the national interest instead of merely criticizing.
