Haryana: 23-year-old Sheetal, alias Simmi, a resident of Panipat, was an emerging model in the Haryanvi music industry. On June 14th, she went to Ahar village for a music video shoot. She did not return after that day. When she remained uncontactable late into the evening, her family filed a missing person report at the Matlauda police station.
Body Found in Sonipat Canal
Two days after the incident, the body of a young woman was found in the Reliance Canal near Khanda village in Sonipat. The body's condition was severely deteriorated, making identification difficult. However, a distinctive tattoo on her wrist revealed her identity as Sheetal, a tattoo recognized by her family.
