The application process for recruitment to Junior Clerk posts in the Himachal Pradesh State Cooperative Bank (HPSCB) will begin on May 9, 2026. Eligible candidates will be able to submit online applications until May 29, 2026. The selection process will be conducted through a written examination.
Himachal Pradesh State Cooperative Bank has released the official notification for recruitment to Junior Clerk posts. The recruitment process is intended for candidates seeking employment opportunities in the banking sector.
Candidates applying for the recruitment must have passed Class 12 from a recognised institution. Applicants are also required to possess a graduation degree.
The minimum age limit for candidates has been fixed at 18 years, while the maximum age limit is 45 years. Age will be calculated as on January 1, 2026. Candidates belonging to reserved categories will be provided a relaxation of five years in the upper age limit.
The application fee has been prescribed separately for different categories. Candidates belonging to the general category will be required to pay an application fee of Rs 1,000. The fee for EWS, SC, ST and women candidates has been fixed at Rs 800.
Candidates will be able to apply online through the official website of HPSCB. The application process will include submission of required details, uploading of documents, payment of the application fee and final submission of the form.
Selection of candidates will be based on a written examination. The examination will include 150 multiple-choice questions from subjects including Reasoning, Numerical Ability, English and General Awareness.
The examination will carry a total of 150 marks and candidates will be given 150 minutes to complete the test. Selected candidates appointed to the Junior Clerk post will receive a monthly salary of Rs 19,900.
