ICSI CSEET Registration 2025: The Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) has opened online applications for the Company Secretary Executive Entrance Test (CSEET) for the November 2025 session. Entrance Exam on November 8th
This entrance exam, conducted by the ICSI, will be held on November 8, 2025. The exam will be in remote proctored mode, allowing candidates to take it online from home. All candidates must complete the application process within the stipulated deadline to participate in the exam.
How to Register

Application Fee
The application fee for the CSEET exam is ₹2000. This fee is the same for all categories of candidates. The fee can only be paid online.
Passing Marks
To pass this exam, candidates must obtain a minimum of 50% marks overall across all subjects. A minimum of 40% marks in each subject is also mandatory. Any candidate scoring less than 40% in any single subject will be deemed ineligible.
Exam Format and Mode
The CSEET exam will be entirely online and conducted in a remote proctored mode. This means candidates can take the exam from home using a laptop or desktop. An internet connection, camera, and microphone will be required during the exam. Necessary technical instructions for the exam will be made available on the website in due time.
Who is this exam for?
This exam is for candidates who wish to gain admission to the Company Secretary (CS) course. Only after passing the CSEET exam can candidates enroll in the CS Executive Program. This exam is mandatory for 12th-pass students, although some exceptionally qualified candidates may be exempted.
Eligibility and Qualifications
To apply for CSEET, a candidate must have at least passed the 12th standard. Graduate and postgraduate candidates must also take this exam as direct entry into the Executive Program is no longer available.
Required Documents
During registration, candidates need to upload scanned copies of certain essential documents. These include a passport-size photograph, signature, 10th and 12th mark sheets, category certificate (if applicable), and identity proof.
