India won the ICC Men’s T20 World Cup 2026 after defeating New Zealand by 96 runs in the final, securing the title for the third time. Following the victory, nine members of the Indian squad became players who have won the T20 World Cup twice for the country.

The remaining eight players achieved the feat after being part of the T20 World Cup squads in 2024 and 2026. Suryakumar Yadav, Jasprit Bumrah, Hardik Pandya, Sanju Samson, Kuldeep Yadav, Shivam Dube, Mohammed Siraj, Axar Patel and Arshdeep Singh were members of the squad in the 2024 T20 World Cup and were also included in the Indian squad for the 2026 edition.

It is noted that Sanju Samson did not play a match in the 2024 tournament but remained part of the squad and is included among the players associated with the 2026 title-winning team.

In the history of the T20 World Cup, a total of 18 players have won the title twice. Apart from India’s nine players, nine players from the West Indies have also achieved the same feat.
The West Indies players were part of the teams that won the T20 World Cup in 2012 and 2016. Those players include Darren Sammy, Marlon Samuels, Chris Gayle, Johnson Charles, Dwayne Bravo, Samuel Badree, Andre Russell and Denesh Ramdin.
In total, 18 players from India and the West Indies combined have won the T20 World Cup twice.
