Kota: A sensational incident unfolded on Wednesday morning in the Kaithunipole police station area. Liquor businessman Sandeep Singh Solanki, who was out for a morning walk with his dog, was suddenly attacked with gunfire and a knife by four assailants on a motorcycle. Sandeep was severely injured and immediately admitted to MBS Hospital. Upon receiving information about the incident, police and senior officials arrived at the scene and initiated a thorough investigation.
Sandeep Attacked by Motorcyclists
The incident reportedly occurred around 6:30 AM. Sandeep was on a walk with his dog a short distance from his home. During this time, four youths on a motorcycle approached and attacked Sandeep directly. The assailants fired three to four rounds and also attacked him with a knife. Sandeep tried to flee to save his life, but the attackers pursued him. The entire incident was captured by CCTV cameras approximately 50 meters from the scene, which will help the police identify the culprits.
SP Kota, Tejaswini Gautam, inspected the scene and stated that the police have summoned a forensic team (FSL) and a dog squad to the crime spot. She informed that Sandeep is undergoing treatment at MBS Hospital, and his condition is reported to be stable.
Sandeep Attacked Due to Old Enmity
According to the police, this attack is not a case of ordinary robbery or harassment. Sandeep and his family stated that the incident was carried out due to old enmity. Sandeep was a witness in a case and had not testified in favor of the attackers. This was the reason the assailants targeted him.
The SP stated that the police have immediately formed a special team to investigate the matter. Blockades are being set up in surrounding areas, and the search for suspects has been intensified. She appealed to the public to immediately inform the police if they have any information related to the identification of the accused.

The CCTV footage of the incident has become crucial evidence for the police. The footage clearly shows four assailants arriving on a motorcycle and fleeing the scene after the attack. Police officials state that with the help of the video and cameras installed nearby, the accused will soon be identified and arrested.
