Mumbai: A shocking incident has come to light in the Takshashila area of Andheri East, where a 23-year-old son stabbed his father and grandfather to death. According to the police, the father and grandfather were constantly drunk, abusive, and creating a ruckus, which enraged the son, leading him to take this horrific step in the middle of the night. In this attack, the son also seriously injured his uncle.
Son Kills Father and Grandfather in Maharashtra
According to information, around 2 AM, the father was drunk, demanding money from his son, and continuously verbally abusing him. Driven by anger and stress, the son fatally stabbed his 52-year-old father with a sharp knife. During this, the 75-year-old grandfather tried to calm the son down, but the son also attacked him with the knife, killing him.
During the attack, the 45-year-old uncle was also present at the scene, having come to quell the dispute. The son attacked his uncle as well, leaving him seriously injured. The uncle is currently undergoing treatment at the Trauma Care Hospital in Jogeshwari.
Murder Case Filed Against Son After Surrender
After committing the murders, the accused son arrived at the MIDC police station with the knife and surrendered himself. Upon receiving information about the incident, the police immediately reached the scene and sent the bodies of both deceased individuals to Cooper Hospital for post-mortem. Concurrently, a murder case was registered against the son, and he was arrested.
Police officials stated that the son took this drastic step due to his father and grandfather's alcoholism and continuous disruptive behavior. Currently, the police are investigating the case and questioning people in the vicinity.
