Chhapra: A sudden commotion erupted in the Kopa police station area of Chhapra district in Bihar on Monday evening when locals spotted a mysterious object resembling a parachute lying in the forest. Villagers expressed concern that a person might be inside. This incident spread fear and excitement in the area.
Police and officials immediately inspected the scene and launched an investigation. During the investigation, it was discovered that the object was not a parachute but a hot air balloon released for political campaigning. The balloon descended into the forest due to a loss of air.

Saran Police stated, "In such incidents, rumors tend to spread, which can cause fear and panic among the villagers. The truth has come to light only after the investigation."

Police urged the public not to believe any kind of rumors or fear-mongering news. Spreading rumors is illegal, and strict action will be taken against it.
