NIOS Result Class 10 2025: The National Institute of Open Schooling (NIOS) has officially announced the 10th class result for 2025 (NIOS Class 10 Result 2025). This is significant news for the millions of students who have been waiting for a long time. Students who appeared for the examinations in the April-May session this year can now view their results on the official website.
Procedure to Check Results
To view the results, students need to visit the official NIOS website, results.nios.ac.in. On the homepage, they will find a link for 'Secondary Result 2025'. After clicking on it, students will need to enter their enrollment number and the security code displayed on the screen. Their result will then be displayed on the screen, which they can download.
Digital Marksheet Available
Students are currently provided with only a digital mark sheet. This mark sheet can be downloaded online from the website along with the result. The original mark sheet, certificate, and migration certificate will be sent to the students' registered address via post. This will be the same address that the student provided during registration.
Exam Dates
The NIOS Class 10th exams were conducted this year from April 9 to May 19, 2025. The examinations were held at designated centers across the country. The 12th class results had already been declared, and now the 10th class result has also been released.
Minimum Marks to Pass
According to the rules of the NIOS board, students must obtain a minimum of 33 percent marks in each subject to pass the 10th class. If a student fails in one or two subjects, there is no need to be disappointed. Such students can reappear in the next examination, to be held in October/November 2025, to improve their scores.
Precautions While Checking Results
Students and their parents are advised to check their results only on the official NIOS website. Avoid checking the results from any unauthorized websites or links, as this could lead to misuse of personal information.
Validity of Online Results
The digital mark sheet and online result issued by NIOS are fully valid. It can be presented as a provisional certificate in various educational and government institutions. However, the original certificate will be required for further studies or employment, which will be sent by post within a few days.
