Yatra to Pass Through Different Districts
Rahul Gandhi's 'Voter Rights Yatra' will pass through several districts of Bihar. During this time, he will directly interact with the public through public meetings and padyatras (foot marches) in various places. The Yatra will commence on August 17 from the BIDA Ground and the first public meeting will be held in Aurangabad that evening.
The Yatra's program will continue until September 1, with stopovers planned in several districts including Gaya, Nalanda, Bhagalpur, Katihar, Purnia, Supaul, Darbhanga, Sitamarhi, Motihari, Siwan, and Ara. A large rally will be held in Ara on August 30, while the conclusion will be with a massive public gathering at Gandhi Maidan in Patna.

Announcing the Yatra, Rahul Gandhi termed it a mass movement. He appealed to the youth, farmers, and laborers to join this Yatra and participate in the campaign to protect democracy. Rahul said that this Yatra is a direct fight against alleged vote theft and voter list irregularities, with the aim of protecting the right to vote of every citizen.
