RPF Constable Exam 2025: The Railway Protection Force (RPF) has issued admit cards for the Physical Efficiency Test (PET) and Physical Measurement Test (PMT) for Constable recruitment. Candidates who qualified in the written examination and were awaiting the physical tests can now download their admit cards. Candidates are advised to visit the official website indianrailways.gov.in to download their admit cards immediately to avoid any issues during the examination.
The PET and PMT examinations will be conducted between November 13 and December 06, 2025. The examinations will be held at various test centers across the country.
How to Download RPF PET/PMT Admit Card 2025
Candidates can download the admit card by following the simple steps mentioned below.
- First, visit the official website indianrailways.gov.in.
- On the homepage, click on the ‘RPF Constable PET/PMT Admit Card 2025’ link.
- Now, enter your registration number, password, and captcha code.
- After logging in, the admit card will appear on your screen.
- Download the admit card and keep a printout safe for future reference.
Candidates will not be allowed entry into the examination center without the admit card, so it is crucial to download it in time.
When and Where will the Examination be Held?
The PET and PMT examinations, organized by the RPF, will run from November 13 to December 06, 2025. These examinations are being conducted to ensure the selection of candidates based on their physical abilities and parameters.
During this period, each candidate must perform according to the prescribed standards. The RPF has clarified that all candidates must appear for the examination as per the date and examination center mentioned on their admit cards.
Physical Efficiency Test (PET) Pattern
Different standards have been set for male and female candidates in the PET examination.
- Male candidates must complete a 1600-meter race within 5 minutes and 45 seconds.
- Female candidates must complete an 800-meter race.
Additionally, candidates will also need to perform in activities such as long jump and shot put. This test is conducted to evaluate the physical fitness of the candidates.
Physical Measurement Test (PMT) Standards
In the PMT examination, candidates' height and physical measurements are checked. The category-wise standards are as follows:
- General, EWS, and OBC Male Candidates: Minimum height 165 cm.
- General, EWS, and OBC Female Candidates: Minimum height 157 cm.
- SC and ST Male Candidates: Minimum height 160 cm.
- SC and ST Female Candidates: Minimum height 152 cm.
Candidates are advised to arrive at the examination center well in advance on the day of the test and bring all necessary documents with them.
