RRB NTPC Exam Date 2025: The Railway Recruitment Board (RRB) has announced the exam dates for the 2025 NTPC (Non-Technical Popular Categories) Graduate Level recruitment. According to the notification released by RRB, the Computer Based Test (CBT-1) for this recruitment will be held from June 5th to June 23rd, 2025.
This exam will be held at designated exam centers across India and will be completed within 15 days. This is a significant opportunity for lakhs of candidates as 8113 positions will be filled.
Announcement of Exam Dates
The schedule for the CBT-1 exam under RRB NTPC 2025 has been released. The exam will be conducted from June 5th to June 23rd, 2025, spanning 15 days, offering flexibility to candidates in their preparation. A detailed date-wise schedule will be released soon by RRB, informing candidates of their specific exam dates.
Admit Card and Exam City Intimation Slip
In accordance with these dates, information regarding exam city intimation slips and admit cards will also be provided. Approximately 10 days prior to the exam, around May 25th, 2025, the exam city intimation slip will be available for download. This slip will inform candidates of their assigned exam city, allowing them to plan their travel and arrive at the center well in advance.
Furthermore, admit cards will be available for download 4 days prior to the exam date, i.e., from June 1st, 2025. The admit card will provide the candidate's exam center details, exam time, and other essential information. Candidates must remember that entry to the exam center will be granted only with the admit card and a valid ID proof (such as Aadhaar card).
Aadhaar Verification
Candidates must also ensure Aadhaar verification before appearing for the exam. Candidates who haven't yet completed their Aadhaar verification should do so as soon as possible by visiting www.rrbapply.gov.in and entering their login credentials to avoid any inconvenience at the exam center.
RRB NTPC Recruitment 2025: Positions and Details
A total of 8113 positions will be filled through RRB NTPC 2025. These include positions across various categories. The highest number of positions are for Chief Commercial Ticket Supervisor, with 1736 vacancies. This is followed by 994 positions for Station Master, 3144 for Goods Train Manager, 1507 for Junior Account Assistant/Typist, and 732 for Senior Clerk/Typist.
Candidates will need to undergo a selection process, including CBT-1, followed by CBT-2 and Document Verification. Different eligibility criteria and age limits are set for each position, which candidates can check on the official RRB website.
Preparation Tips
Candidates need to prepare thoroughly for the NTPC exam. The exam will assess candidates on General Science, Mathematics, General Awareness, Reasoning, and General Intelligence.
