Businessman, Wife, and Son Die by Suicide in Shahjahanpur; Suicide Note Blames Friend and Family Pressure

Shahjahanpur businessman Sachin Grover committed suicide with his wife and son. In a 16-page suicide note, he blamed his friend Shanky Anand and family pressure for his demise, citing debt, usury, and humiliation as reasons for breaking down.

Shahjahanpur: The suicide of businessman Sachin Grover, his wife Shivangi Mishra, and their young son Fateh in Shahjahanpur, Uttar Pradesh, has sent shockwaves through the entire city. Now, a 16-page suicide note that has emerged in this case has created a new sensation. In the note, Sachin clearly stated that he was broken by financial hardship, the pressure of debt, harassment by moneylenders, and the lack of support from his family.

He leveled the most serious accusations against his own friend, Shanky Anand, and his associates. Sachin wrote that Shanky lent money at 30% interest and attempted to tarnish his wife's reputation along with mentally torturing him. This humiliation and betrayal became the reason for ending his life.

Debt Claimed the Businessman's Life

In the suicide note, Sachin narrated the entire story of his financial distress. He wrote that his life was ruined since he started his business during the lockdown. He had to mortgage his factory, home, and jewelry.

He had borrowed Rs 2 lakh from a friend, on which he had to pay Rs 2,000 interest daily. Sachin was completely broken by the ever-increasing debt and the burden of usury. In the note, he admitted that he earned some money through an illegal liquor business, but his situation worsened after being caught.

Serious Allegations Against Family in Suicide Note

In his suicide note, Sachin did not just accuse his friends but also made serious allegations against some of his family members. He wrote that instead of helping, his brother Gaurav and uncle Pawan pressured him to sell the house.

Addressing his elder brother Rohit, Sachin wrote, "After I die, sell the house and settle the bank's account. The car, scooter, mobile, and insurance are all yours. I have also ruined Shivangi's life; if possible, please forgive me." These emotional lines clearly highlight his broken state of mind and family stress.

Pain of Defamation and Mental Harassment in Suicide Note

In the suicide note, Sachin also wrote that Shanky and his associates defamed him in society and conspired to ruin his wife's reputation. He said he had repaid every debt with interest, but the humiliation and betrayal had destroyed him from within.

He also wrote that the taunts he received from relatives and society deeply hurt his wife, Shivangi. This mental harassment pushed the entire family towards death.

Police Investigation Continues After Suicide Note

Following the emergence of this 16-page suicide note, the Shahjahanpur police have intensified their investigation. The police are now trying to ascertain which individuals played a direct role in instigating Sachin and his family towards suicide.

This case not only highlights the financial ruin and the burden of debt of a business family but also exposes a horrific picture of usury and betrayal in the name of friendship. It is expected that further police action in the coming days will lead to several major revelations.
