A skill development center has been inaugurated at the ITI near Jewar Airport. This center will provide employment opportunities to the youth in the airport and local industries by providing modern technical training. Thousands of families will benefit from this initiative, which has been started with the cooperation of Noida International Airport and Yamuna Authority.
Noida: The Skill Development Center was inaugurated on Tuesday at the Government Industrial Training Institute (ITI) in Jewar, Greater Noida. Jewar MLA Dhirendra Singh said at the event that this initiative will ensure new employment opportunities for the youth by providing modern technical training. The center was inaugurated with the cooperation of Noida International Airport and Yamuna Expressway Industrial Development Authority. Airport CEO Christoph Schnellmann and several other officials were present on the occasion.
Job Opportunities at Airport and Industries
During the inauguration ceremony, MLA Dhirendra Singh said that youth will receive modern technical and vocational training through this center. Students trained here will be able to find opportunities not only at Noida International Airport but also in surrounding industrial units and other employment sectors. He also announced that more skill development centers will be established in the future so that more and more youth can become employable.

The MLA stated that Uttar Pradesh has now become the second fastest growing economy in the country. He recalled that about ten years ago, the state was at the fifth or sixth position, but under the leadership of Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath, it is now continuously moving upwards.
He said that this change is not only due to the development of industries, but also the significant contribution of the training and skill development programs being run by the government. These schemes have given a new direction to the youth and have played an important role in the progress of the state by making them employable.
