The victim, Hiralal, informed the court that his mother, Karma Devi, passed away on November 26, 2023. However, the accused — Acche Lal, Jitendra Singh Pasi, and Sukhjeet — collectively prepared a forged death certificate dated November 16, 2023. Based on this fake document, they transferred two bighas of land to their names. When the truth came to light, the court ordered the registration of an FIR against all three and entrusted the investigation to Shivgarh Police.
