A speeding car overturned out of control in Motidungri, Alwar. The car collided with an auto-rickshaw and then crashed into a wall. Three occupants fled the scene. Police are now investigating the cause of the accident and identifying the car's occupants.
Rajasthan: On Sunday night, a speeding car went out of control near the LIC office in the Motidungri area. According to eyewitnesses, the car was traveling at such a high speed that as soon as the driver applied the brakes suddenly, the vehicle lost its balance and overturned.
The car first collided with a parked auto-rickshaw and then crashed into a wall on the side of the road. People present at the scene said that the auto-rickshaw driver was in a nearby hotel, which is why he remained safe. A major accident was averted due to low traffic on the road at the time of the incident.
Car Occupants Fled
Immediately after the accident, the three people in the car exited and fled the scene. Eyewitness Laxmikant Soni said that the car was traveling so fast that the vehicle became uncontrollable as soon as the brakes were applied. The auto-rickshaw suffered significant damage.
Upon receiving information, the police arrived at the scene and removed the damaged vehicle to restore traffic flow. Police are now investigating the identity of the car's occupants and the cause of the accident.
Relief Efforts After the Accident
After the accident, local people gathered at the scene. Police established security arrangements on the side of the road and advised passersby to use a safe route. Local residents were shocked by the incident, but there were no reports of any casualties.
Police officials said that the vehicle owner and driver will be identified. In addition, the vehicle will be technically inspected to determine whether the accident was caused by speeding or a technical malfunction in the vehicle.
